Fog Curtain

Duztec has designed, engineered, manufactured, and installed an innovative Fog Curtain System, which uses ultra-fine micro mist water droplets to control dust particles generated inside construction areas. This system sprays water in an upward direction (depending on wind velocity and direction) to create a protective barrier that prevents dust from traveling beyond the construction site.

The water droplets are created by newly designed nozzles, operating at a pressure range of 20 to 25 bar, ensuring fine mist generation. Duztec provides ready-to-install flanged type spray headers, each 5 meters long, with nozzles positioned over wall height for complete boundary coverage. This ensures an effective fog curtain that suppresses dust particles at key site locations.

The Fog Curtain System is used across various industries, including construction, mining, cement plants, power plants, steel plants, ferro alloy plants, and material handling industries.
